Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales, Marketing & Business Development Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in generating new business opportunities by engaging with potential customers and clients through strategic outreach. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales acumen, marketing savvy, and a knack for business development. Your mission will be to identify and cultivate relationships with prospects, qualify leads, and contribute significantly to our revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Identification & Engagement: Utilize various outreach strategies to identify potential customers, including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn messaging, and attending industry events.
- Lead Generation & Management: Create and manage a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities, employing outbound marketing techniques and leveraging social media platforms to reach and engage prospects.
- Qualifying Leads: Conduct initial assessment calls to understand potential clients’ needs, determine fit, and schedule discovery meetings with Sales Directors to further explore opportunities.
- Lead Nurturing: Foster and maintain relationships with prospects through consistent follow- up communications, sharing relevant content, and engaging in meaningful conversations to build trust and interest.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless transition of qualified leads, providing insights on lead quality and contributing to the refinement of sales and marketing strategies.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions, lead progression, and outcomes in the company’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and providing insights for strategic decisions.
- Growth Hacking & Marketing Innovation: Implement growth hacking techniques to optimize sales and marketing efforts. Explore and exploit online, social media, and offline marketing channels to maximize reach and engagement.
- Market Research & Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform strategic planning and identify new growth avenues.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, and business development, preferably in a tech or B2B environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, social media platforms, and sales automation tools.
- Creative and analytical thinker with a growth mindset, eager to employ innovative strategies for lead generation and business expansion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
